Hi Guys,
Since I've been M.I.A for a while I thought I'd show you all what I've picked up recently. I did have a bit of a shop when I got paid but I also joined the gym and got a Cineworld Unlimited card and paid off a few big bills plus an amazing night out or two! So all of my money has been pretty much spoken for, I havent done too badly though but I do have my eye on a few beuty products for next month that I couldnt bring myself to shell out for this month. So onto the purchases!
Elf Haul! I bought the Daily Brush Cleaner, £3.50 which is great but it has a very strong scent, so a lot of people might not like it. Lipstick in Nostalgic, £1.50 which is a nice chage to the lipsticks I usually wear. I top it off with a lip gloss though as it can look a bit concealer like on the lips. Blush and Bronzer compact, £3.50 which is amazing! I am in love with this product, the packaging is looking a bit grubby now though but I wont complain haha. I picked up 2 brushes from the basic range, the eye defining brush and the powder brush, both £1.50. The powder brush is so tiny so I would never use it for powder but it is great for contouring. The eye defining brush is amazing, I bought it because I found the regular crease brush was a little large for me at times, so I've been really enjoying this one and using it on a daily basis. Random Hawaiian Tropics lipgloss thrown in for good measure. I have been using this lipgloss a lot lately, its a really nice gloss but the real reason I love it is because its not at all sticky it feels really moisturising, I love it. This was £7.49 for Boots and I can definitely recommend it.
Next up Primark, Accessories first I bought a bun ring (£1/£1.50?) but unfortunately my hairs too short for this yet. I bought this lovely feather necklace £3, I LOVE feathers, I'm a little bit obsessed but thought this would be great for Spring/Summer. I got the bird necklace on sale for 50p, I already have a gold mini version from Matalan but its going a bit coppery so I couldnt not pick this up! The lint roller and replacement head, I think was £1 and is an essential since my cat insists on sleeping everywhere.
Skirt Primark £5, love this, cant wait to waer it but its also one of those Primark skirts that really flares out :/ which is so annoying!
Playsuit Primark £5, How cute is this playsuit! I couldnt resist this but I have had to ask everyone I know if its nice as I was so unsure of it. Im still yet to wear it but hopefully I'll feel comfortable in it eventually.
Top Primark £3, Excuse the creases (and bit of shrinkage I think?) I have wore a lot of the upcoming clothes so the tuble dryer has left its mark.
Skirt Primark £3, I still can't believe this skirt was £3 I thought it was £5 which is still a bargain but come on £3! :o
Slipper things? Primark £1, Johnson baby wipes £1 I bought these baby wipes to try as face wipes, they do work even better then some wipes I ve tried but they tend to drag a bit. Still great for the price though.
Lilac and Mint vests, £2.49 each and lemon vest £4.99 New Look, I've worn all off these already. I love these basic New Look Vests such an essential purchase. I'm going to pick up some more of these Lemon crop style tops in other colours, theyre really flattering and great for Spring/Summer.
Random make up purchases, W7 eyeshadow palette £1 from Savers and 2true concealer in Light £1.99? from Superdrug. The eye shadows are very "Springy" not bad for a pound, I did manage to crack a shdow by the time I got home though. The concealer I had in Medium a while ago and that was great, I'm not liking the Light one though, it doesnt seem to do anything at all so that was a really disappointing purchase.
I bought this top from Peacocks last month, think it was £3 in the sale, this is a lovely top, very flattering in all areas :) So thats everything I've bought recently (I think) I hope you enjoyed this post.

February Favourites!
Wow I can't believe it's March already! I had planned to do a few posts in February but it just flew by so fast I hadn't even realised. My sister is already 6 months pregnant which just seems so unreal. I thought I better at least do a February Favourites in homage to the month.
TresEmme Split Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner:
I bought these after payday, before my money completely disappeared (I thought they said that January was the hardest payday?) and I really like them. They smell like Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume on my hair and just leave my hair super smooth, cant say much for the split ends though ah well.
Benefit Ladys Choice Lipstick:
I absolutely love this lipstick. Its so smooth and its the perfect pinky browny nude colour, perfect for everyday wear. The colour hasn't really come out well on my terrible pictures. I really need to get myself a new camera instead of using my crappy phone but sadly funds won't allow :(
Prestige Skin Loving Minerals "Blush" in Natural:
Okay so this turned out to be less blush more highlight shade but it is the perfect highlight shade. It is so beautiful to highlight cheekbones with. I bought this on clearance at my local Boots so I'm soo upset that I won't be able to repurchase it :(
Jelly Pong Pong Cheek Puff:
I have had this for around 2 years but have never made use of it as I was so afraid to use it. Now that I have kind of got the hang of all this make up malarkey I have managed to crack it open. I apply this lightly with my Elf angled blush/bronzing brush and voila perfect!
Technic High Lights:
This is a new purchase, I have been lusting over Benefit High Beam for years but I could never justify that amount of money on something I wouldn't use that often. So I picked up this after I saw Jade feature it on her blog. Its safe to say I'm extremely happy I bought this, so I can definitely recommend you pick this up if you also don't want to splash out on Benefit.
Finally my last favourite is my MUA Mosaic Blusher in English Rose:
Since having my skin matched at my local Boots No7 counter and finding out that I was in a much lighter foundation shade then I thought (Natural Beige to New Ivory!), I have loved using all of the lighter colours I haven't been able to get away with before. So this has been a staple in my make up bag now that it actually shows up on me. I can definitely recommend this for all of the paler girls out there.
Thanks for reading :) xxx
