Hi
I thought I'd share a few of my recent purchases with you. I have been holding off on this for a while till I had received all of the items. My first purchase was a Maybelline lipstick in Pinkalicious:
Its a nice sheer dark pink shade and it also smells delicious too! I bought this from Ebay for £1.80 +50p P+P what a bargain eh! You can find this here.
My second Ebay purchase was a Max Factor Vibrant Curve Effect lip gloss in Trendsetter:
It shows up quite light on my hard rather then the bright shade it appears in the tube but I don't mind at all. This one also smells delicious, like watermelons yum. You can find this here. It was £2.45 including P+P. They do sell this in Boots for £7.99 but there's no way I'd pay that much for such a small amount of lip gloss when I've got so many already.
My last Ebay purchase was this religious images bracelet:
I know I'm a little late jumping on the bandwagon for this one but I never liked them before but oh well. I bought this for 99p + 36p P+P. You can find this here.
I also purchased this dress from Lucy's Blog Sale for £5.50 including postage.
I haven't worn this yet as I don't want to risk being too cold, I get cold so easily! I'm looking forward to wearing this as soon as it starts warming up.

January Favourites
Hi this is going to be my first favourites post. I don't know whether its going to be a regular thing yet but I've been wanting to do one for a while so onto the favourites.
1. Elf Make up Mist and Set:
This makes such a big difference to my foundation that I just couldn't live without now. I have really oily skin and the mist and set means I don't have to worry about topping up with powder throughout the day.
2. Impulse Very Pink body spray
I've been using this pretty much daily, I really like the scent and how it lasts all day.
3. MUA Blushers
I have shade 2 and shade 5 and I pretty much wear them daily. They quickly became my favourite blushes. They have great pigmentation for a £1 product so I'd recommend picking them up, especially since they are currently giving away free contour pens with any purchase of MUA products in Superdrug.
4. New Look necklace
I wear this with practically every outfit! Its just so wearable and I usually purchase mainly silver items so the gold is a nice change.
5. Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
My last favourite is a food favourite I am truly addicted to! I love love LOVE these peanut butter cups! If you haven't had them you really need to try them!
So that's my January favourites!

Recent Beauty Buys
Hi,
I thought I'd show you all a few purchases I have made recently. I've been looking for a new foundation for a while but I really wanted to get my colour matched. I went to my local Boots and was recommended the Intelligent Balance Mousse Foundation in New Ivory. I used this for the first time to day and so far so good. It was still in place after I finished work so I'm happy. It will be interesting to see how it lasts when the weather warms up though. Its got really good coverage (medium to full) but it does cling to dry patches. I didn't have time to apply my primer this morning so I'm hoping this will not normally be a problem.
Whilst in boots I also bought the No7 Quick Thinking make up remover wipes. Another product I have just tried today. I quite like them so far as they're quite large wipes it wakes it easier to remove a full face of make up. I didn't wear any mascara today though so that's when the big test will come. I have really sensitive skin so I'll know how good these wipes are in a few days.
I bought Radox Shower Smoothies in Island Indulgence which smells delicious but I didn't take a photo and I'm yet to use it. I picked up the Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara which was on offer for £5 at the time. Its not very impressive but I decide it would do as I just needed something to last me till payday. I think the faults with this mascara are that the formula is a little to wet and the brush is a little to large.
I hit the pound shops too as I love having a nosey at what make up they've got it. I usually get quite a few bargains there.
I got the Rimmel Blusher in Winter Glow (I think) there was also a summer version in some of the other shops but I'd already purchased this one.
NYC Chroma Glow which is a really nice highlight. Photo taking effort were very unsuccessful as you can tell.
Wet and Wild Beauty Benefits eyeshadow trio and loose powder set.
And finally a cutlery tray I bought for my desk to fit my make up in. I put it in the slide out tray where the keyboard is supposed to go. This contains my day to day beauty products.

Payday Haul!
As the title suggests this is a payday haul woop! I've no doubt got no money left now but we enjoyed it whilst it lasted. I (as usual) hit Primark first and picked up a few accessories:
Pink denim shorts £5, Primark. The colour is much more of an orangey pink then the bright pink that's showing up on here.
I bought a loose fit crop jumper from H&M for £5 for those loungey days. I plan to wear it with skinny jeans, a bight vest underneath and a long necklace.
Left - Internacionale - £2.99 Right - Primark - £1.50
Left - Primark - £2.00 Right - Primark - £1.00 (Sale)
Bag - £3 on sale - Primark
Ring - Primark - £2.00 My favourite purchase, I absolutely love this ring!
Yep I'm channelling Spring/Summer already! I can't wait, I am completely fed up of my winter clothes. Well the ones I reluctantly purchased. I'm much more of a pastels and florals type of girl. I have been after a denim shirt for Spring/Summer, I saw one in Sports Direct that I liked but was a bit reluctant to purchase it as the sizing was a bit off. Then I spotted this one in Primark and scooped it up straight away.
The shirt was £5, Primark on sale and I plan to wear it with lots of dresses, skirts and shorts.
A cute pale blue cardi, Primark on sale for £3 also to wear with lots of cute dresses :)

I picked up these 2 vests in Peacocks. I already have this in purple and I love it so when I saw these on sale for £3 each I jumped at them. I can't wait to get these out into the sun when it finally arrives.
My final purchases were necessities :)

Long Time No See
Long time no see hey? I have been super busy since Christmas and the New Year so I‘ve pretty much had no time to blog or to read blogs L So now that I am finally back on top of my Google reader (When are we gonna be able to comment straight from that?) I thought I’d get onto my first post of 2012.
I’ve collected quite a few items since my last post, some amazing some not so amazing. One of my favourites has been the Charles Worthington Hair Healer – leave in gel conditioner. I picked this up in Boots on offer for £3.79 to try and tame my locks. I really miss the softness of my pre-dyed hair but now I don’t have too! This works so well, plus it smells delicious. It leaves my hair super soft and shiny, I was a bit worried that it may look greasy or be too unmanageable but it absolutely doesn’t. I don’t think I couldn’t live without this product now, it is my hair saviour haha. I recommend you all give it a go J
Another product I am loving is my Naked shampoo & conditioner for colour treated hair. I bought these when I first dyed my hair after reading loads of horror stories about shampoos taking all of the red out of your hair (red being the hardest colour for your hair to take in). Also with them being SLS & Paraben free they don’t aggravate my scalp, which freaks out after prolonged use with a lot of shampoos. The shampoo doesn’t leave your hair feeling great, but my scalps thanking me for it. I just apply a load of conditioner afterwards to counteract it and that sorts it out as its really smoothing and soothing. I think it’s due to the lack of SLS to give your hair a good lathering but my scalp can’t cope any more. Once my scalp is back to normal, I’ll be back on the Herbal Essences, also known as the most scalp aggravating shampoo to grace my bathroom, but I’ve got a massive bottle to finish! I really need to stop buying different formula's of it thinking they will work better.
So that’s my hair update out of the way. I think my next post will my on my new make up yay!
